| Parents and Players of Redbird Baseball: Varsity Head Coach Bob Van Rens and the Baseball Booster Club will be holding a meeting on Monday, February 8th, at 6:00 p.m. in the back commons area at the high school. This meeting is for any boy (freshmen thru senior) interested in playing baseball this spring. At this meeting, Coach Van Rens will address the families, explain about the upcoming season, and introduce his coaching staff. The Baseball Booster Club will talk about the contributions the club has made to the program. There are lots of opportunities to be involved with the club and support the DPHS baseball program! 2010 DPHS Baseball merchandise will be on display and available for order. In addition, players can get fitted for and order cleats at a discounted price through the booster club, and Varsity players will also be fitted for the team jacket. If you will not be able to attend this meeting and you want to place an order for cleats or merchandise please contact Cindi Siebert at 562-0450 Ordering cleats deadline will be that evening. Ordering for merchandise deadline will be 2/19/2010. All players who are planning to try out for baseball and their parents should plan to attend this important meeting! |
