WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM
The intent of this program is to give you a specific plan to help in the strength of
your body to help your baseball skills. This program was created to help develop
your power and strength as it pertains to baseball.
In order to monitor your progress it is important to keep consistent records of your
workouts. In the spaces provided, record the amount of weight you lift during each
set.
If you find at any time that you are experiencing any physical problems at any time,

Work hard and have some fun with your off season program. If there are any

Program Outline
Phase One – Muscular Endurance (4 weeks)
Phase Two – Hypertrophy (building muscle) (4 weeks)
Phase Three – Strength (4 weeks)
Phase Four – Power (4 weeks)
Phase Five – Recover and Prepare for Practice (2 weeks)

LEARN BASEBALL THE DE PERE WAY - CLINIC
Learn the mental side of baseball in a classroom setting.
Focus on the little things within the game.
Positional expectations with instruction mixed in.
Become a knowledgeable baseball player.
You can bring the form and money on Sunday to the clinic.
7th & 8th Grade: Sunday, March 14, 2010 3pm – 6pm
